I came across these word when a friend was relating to an interview attended sometime ago.
The job was to take-on a bigger responsibility and also to take on his 'future' superior in the event this so call superior is unavailable.
In the midst of conversation, take-over was used and this somehow agitated the 'future' superior to a certain extent, and true enough my friend did not get the job!

However this is still not what I wanted to say despite the mentioning so much on take-on!
The same friend who is now in a big dilemma due to an impending take-over that is about to happen to him. It is not exactly him alone but his fellow colleagues as well.
This whole take-over episode has not only left him felt lost but abandoned and forgotten.
However not the one to let fate hanging unbalanced, he is determined to wrest control and take over what most of us considered out of control; that is his life!
