Whenever you hear this, first thing that flashes in your head will be something about a matter of marriage where big age gap exists between the couple.

Which is why hair dye sells well!
Which is why breast enlargement is a must!
Which is why plastic surgeons makes heaps of money!
Which is why Botox goes to more aging people than sick people!
Which is why facial cream is now used by many man!
Which is why people don't carry their ID around for fear or age being revealed!
Which is why aunties want to be addressed as sisters!
Which is why uncles want to be addressed as brothers!
And finally this is also why people want to become Benjamin Button!
