It does sound impressive and it appears to me that hierarchy is secondary if not last to nothing. I was happy and motivated.

Now many months down the road. I'm still happy. Maybe I am not happy. Maybe I'm slightly unhappy.
Bottom line is amidst a flat organization there is indeed a hierarchy and the world isn't flat at all.
And although things do look flat, in a literal form anyway, they are flat to those who wants it flat but the reality is a flat world does have its hierarchy albeit in a flat form; if you get what I mean!
