#34 Facebook!

Of late this has become a major issue be it from positive point of view all the way to being looked at with lowest of contempt!

I got this from a local paper giving all sort of methods and prevention on what to do and not to do. Here goes:

  1. Never post your address, phone number or email address
  2. Filter photographs you choose to upload to Facebook
  3. Understand Facebook's security settings and use them
  4. Do not accept Friend Request from strangers
  5. Remember to log out of your Facebook account especially when using public computer
  6. Control who can see you personal imformation
  7. Don't share password with anyone
  8. Block users who send you unwanted content
  9. Think twice before clicking on any links
10. Use strong passwords and change your password frequently
11. Be wary of seemingly harmless quizzes that request access to you personal information

And let me give you my personal no 12 which is DON'T USE FACEBOOK AT ALL!

It may sound lubricious to some of you or maybe to all of you but don't you think all 11 dos and don'ts can be avoided if you just take step 12?

Or put it simply, prepared to be jolted when you hold the bull by its horn!
