#27 Did I not rub your shoes enough?????

Picture this!

A friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his once told me this.

Has all the effort and the accompanying good performance does not translate into good progress in your work? It seemed so true nowadays according to this "friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his"!

Why would this "friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his" said so? Apparently the boss of this "friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his" said; "it's not how much you have done counts for a good work done but the fact that how it is done and how it reflects you counts for a good work done".

Well, I told this "friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his" exactly this; fair enough.

But wait, that's not the end of the story, the following sentence is the real sinker.

"Were you well liked by the others from the way you work as well as being agreed by the others on your "excellence", I would gladly agree that you are indeed an excellent worker".

I told this "friend of another friend of mine whom I met through another friend of another friend of his" this; you might as well sacrifice a month of our wages and get yourself shoe waxes enough for the whole company!
